It is astonishing at times to believe the impact a virus has made on a world that had no roots a while back. People are terrorized and traumatized by the fact that lives are affected and lost due to COVID-19 and there has been no vaccine yet to resume lives back. The whole world is facing economical and medical crisis while other sectors like Education are affected heavily too. Education has always been a field of theoretical study in countries like India, that are still developing in terms of digital use. During COVID, the education industry was perplexed with the thought of running the sector smoothly. While many metro cities are quite familiar with online education, small cities and other districts are yet finding it hard to cope.
The lives are impacted from children to everyone out there. At such times keeping schools and tuition open was not a smart walk. All remained closed for months after the beginning of the pandemic and later realized something had to be done to resume some parts of my life. ZOOM and Google Hangouts have been major supporters of industries for socializing via virtual platforms. Not just offices, but the software also helped the education industry to a vast extent.
The advisories and institutional heads have made it quite clear that lives will not be put under risk even for the process of examinations. The process to promote classes was led out and India witnessed a very new mindset is followed by a new pattern by NEP. The tuition market has outgrown itself after struggling initially during the hit of COVID-19. This phase as soon as people have started to understand the new ideology and the necessity to cope up with the same. Even though the negatives prevailed with the loss of etiquette and technological struggle by teachers during classes, many officials and teachers were demanded on-campus by the schools to proceed with the work. What COVID has taught us in the span of a few months is that there is a necessity to grow the education system more flexibly. Be it online education or online training via tuition centers, our country requires us to understand the importance of a new system and abolish the old techniques. The world is evolving into a more digitally-focused community that has indeed made it easier in such difficult times and has made us understand the very basic requirements for this development. A few factors that are believed to have impacted or at least shaken our attention are listed below:

- The dire need to transform the educational world into a more user-friendly way: What the country faced as being the most populated in the world was no doubt terrorizing. The way COVID infects and grows the number of patients each day, which is quite obvious for the entire
market to shut down. Even the education industry was not spared. Being honest, it was the most impacted industry where it became quite tough for the officials to understand the method to resume the studies of the students. Even though technology had always been a great supporter, the issue of implementation remained a discussed topic. The whole scenario made it clear to everyone that a change is now required in the system to be prepared for any such future struggle. - Online Education and Coaching have started being noticed: Online education was a branch that was often not taken seriously by the students and professional world. Even though it remained on a bleak rise and COVID made it more attractive when the market was shut down completely. It was obvious that many lost their jobs and to amplify their skills everyone was in a rush to acquire certification via online education. The impact, however, on the branch has been impressive and fulfilling. On the other hand, ideology has changed indeed.
- The tuition market has outgrown into a new direction: If we look back to a couple of years, the online tuition market was not widely accepted by many. The concept of online tuition was not understood by parents and students as it was a secondary form of “clearing facts” which required one-on-one training and not virtual. COVID has again cleared this concept as false and attracted many individuals to the portals that are offering online tuition. Even in the hardest times like these, most of the students and parents are not ready to put any stop in the growth. Apart from online-training many students also require study-materials for their ease. At such times, the availability of these by portals has also been a great help for parents as well as students.
- Requirement to change the old-platonic education pattern to current times: India had been following an educational pattern for half of the decade now. Even after the experiment with a few new ideologies like CCE, the transformation could not happen completely. During the hit of COVID, an upcoming new policy by the NEP brought major changes in the industry. From choosing local languages to reducing less burden on students with exams, a new India has indeed formed its way to a change in the concept of education. While earlier schools were majorly focused on theoretical knowledge, with NEP a more logical and skillful idea was formed. By abolishing subjects that were not required and allowing students to opt for combinations without any stream it has become quite receptive. Indeed, COVID did impact the education policy of the overall nation. Even though COVID has been terrorizing, it also has helped many industries to develop out there. Yes, we are facing an economic crunch and medical emergency throughout the world, but it cannot be wronged that we have become more introspect than ever. From old patterns to new ones, we have understood that education, being quite important, cannot be paused at all. After the tuition market struggled to get on its feet initially, the world has started to uplift itself back. No-doubt educational market has begun its recovery journey after being impacted severely. Nevertheless, development cannot be paused or stagnant in order to develop.
